Attachments of external comments in tickets can be deleted, this change only applies to the CRM, not to the customer portal and requires the right to edit the ticket

Technical changes

The setting as to whether diagrams or the Kanban view of a list view should be displayed is now permanently saved in the database for each user

The customer portal has its own limit for uploading files for tickets and comments. It can be found in the CRM configurator under the ‘Customer portal’ tab
